Project Overview:

AFSL required Ongoing Service (OGS) delivery reporting. The AFSL relied on a number of core CRM’s in regards to tracking different components of the business, including FDS , Adviser AR status, revenue data and core CRM being XPLAN. We combined all 4 data sources in a mater of 2 weeks using multi dimensional links specifically developed by us. We automated the entire reporting process to give the AFSL reporting indicating advisers who delivered their obligation and ones that did not. The data aggregation also enabled the AFSL to report on direct revenue at risk related to OGS. Further benefits included the ability to identify advisers who were not following the pre-set process  and helped develop addition training and system changes to encourage greater adherence to the processes.
